Amy Stephson is a licensed attorney with more than 32 years of legal experience spanning government service, public interest advocacy, private practice, and teaching. For the last 14 years, she has been in private practice with an emphasis on employment law and a focus on conducting independent investigations of a wide range of employment issues. She also provides training, advice to employers and employees, and other legal services.

Amy is also a certified professional coach who provides workplace and business coaching for executives, managers & supervisors, other employees, and small business owners. She brings to her coaching years of experience and insight as an employment investigator, advisor, trainer, and small business owner herself. Amy also brings curiosity, clarity, and a passion for helping others successfully navigate the world of work.
